How do I reset my password?
Contact your institute admin. They can reset your password from the admin panel.
How do I download my fee receipt?
Go to Student Dashboard โ†’ Fees. You will find a Download Receipt button next to each payment.
My attendance is wrong. What do I do?
Please contact your teacher or institute admin. They can correct attendance records.
How do I take a free mock test?
Click the "Free Test" button in the navigation bar on the homepage. Fill in your details and start the test.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What now?
Failed payments are auto-refunded within 5-7 business days. Contact your bank or the support team with your transaction ID.
How do I download my salary slip?
Teachers can go to their Profile โ†’ Attendance tab โ†’ select the month โ†’ click "Download Salary Slip" once salary is released.
